Slovenian professional mtb team hosted not just riders but also partners, from Ljubljana to title sponsor’s facilities in Zreče.
Unior Tools Team faced lots of changes during the winter, to the outsider the most noticeable are two new riders – Taylor Vernon and Rudy Cabirou. They came straight from Sanremo, from the training camp with the whole downhill team. Days on the trails were well spent and riders had a good chance to meet each other – Jure Žabjek and Žiga Pandur were of course also there, test the equipment and improve their riding skills.
But this week was all about Ljubljana, Unior and team presentation. All team riders revealed their plans for the season at the official launch in Ljubljana, at the same time UTT had a good chance to show Ljubljana to their friends and team partners from abroad. They all had a good time – on the trails, in the city, at the presentation and at the dinner.

On the last day of Unior Tools Team experience the bunch visited the headquarters of team’s title sponsor. Unior has been producing tools since 1919, since then the company has grown in one of the leaders of the metal processing industry and had proudly retained almost whole production in Europe. You can experience part of the factory tour through pictures, but for the real deal you will have to visit Zreče and have the privilege to enter the facilities.
Week with team riders, staff and friends was a blast and the UTT family says they can’t wait to do something like this again next year!
