After the 1993 Vrhnika DH & XC here comes another find from the history of mountain bike racing in Slovenia. Črt Moravec converted and uploaded the complete history of downhill races in Idrija. The Sloga 1902 Idrija club held the Downhill Idrija from 1993 to 1998. This was a pioneer effort in Slovenia and wider.
In this set you will find all the editions, one after another. Hours of wild riding and painful crashes. From hardtails and cantilever brakes to full suspension machines and disc brakes; from open to full face helmets. From the early marathon course from top of the mountain with too much pedaling for a modern enduro stage to shorter and steeper courses later on. And it’s amazing to see all the huge crowds on the course back then.
