In cold and wet Peter Mlinar fastest at the second SloEnduro 4Fun race on Dobrna.

The last Sunday in April was booked for the second race of the 2016 SloEnduro 4Fun series: the Enduro Krokar (Raven). 91 riders battled for a new bag of points on a 1.6km course with a 270m elevation drop above the spa town of Dobrna.

Peter Mlinar (KK Črn trn) found the fastest lines from the start to the finish by the “Bierkeller” cave and celebrated his second 4Fun series victory this season. The race was held on a single course with unlimited number of runs within 5 hours and two best times were added together for each rider’s final result. Mlinar set the fastest overall with only two runs and then hung out in the finish area to see if anyone gets close. It turned out there was no need for him to get back to the start.

Nace Krivonog (Black Hole Enduro Team) got closest with 14 seconds behind Peter. Third step went to Austrian Michael Eibegger (Radlager MTBverein), 22. seconds down on the winner. They each tried their luck four times but failed to upset the leader. Matjaž Istenič (Energijateam.com) and Gregor Ferk (Epic Outdoor Crew) rounded out the top five.
