Have you written to Santa yet? Next season GraVity Card opens 14 parks for you. Kranjska Gora, Slovenia new on the list.

In 2016 season the GraVity Card season ticket opens 14 European bike parks for you, one of them is in Slovenia. In 2015 there were 12 parks on teh list after cancellation of Maribor.

New family members are Kranjska Gora, Slovenia, and Brandnertal, Vorarlberg, Austria. There is no mention of Bike park Pohorje which was originally on the list for 2015 but was scratched out after it didn’t open in the spring.

Ins oem parks the season opens in April and the last ones close down in November. There are six months of shredding in between in parks in Austria (8 parks), Germany (2), Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland and Slovenia (1 park each).

GraVity Card season ticket will cost you 415 euro for an adult, 332 euro for youth (1997-1999) and 208 euro for kids (2000-2009).

Bikepark Leogang
Since the opening in 2001, Bikepark Leogang has established itself as one of the most renowned Bikeparks in Europe. The Bikepark Semmering covers a variety of routes for all levels of ability, with an overall park size of 12km. In 2014 Bikepark Semmering got 8 out of 10 points in a bikepark rating by the German “FREERIDE-Magazin“ and was awarded with the “FREERIDE-Bikepark-Tipp“.

Bikepark Wagrain
Salzburg | Wagrain | Flying Mozart
Bikepark Wagrain is centrally located, only 60km south of Salzburg and close to the A10 motorway. In the winter time “Grießenkareck” is a popular skiing destination while in the summer months, its “flying Mozart” gondola takes mountain bikers to the top of the mountain. Beginners as well as experienced riders will make the most of Bikepark Wagrain. Its beginners park lower down will let you practice on easier obstacles and let your skills naturally grow before taking them all the way to the top.
The new “Hard Rock” trail starts from the top of the Flying Mozart cable car. The top sections feature a lot of turns with waves, short pump tracks and jumps. Lower down the trail becomes more raw and natural with exposed roots and twisty turns. The entire track is classified as “red” although please note that the middle section does contain some “black” parts which are more difficult and require greater attention. Rolling in a 1850 meters above see level, the panoramic views are breath taking and the 3.7km track simply exhilarating.

Bikepark Planai
Gravity bikers are going mad about Austria’s longest downhill track where you can follow the tire marks of famous world cup riders like Sam Hill, Gee Atherton or Sam Blenkinsop. From the 1830 m high starting point you can shred your lines along the 4,5 km / 2mi downhill track but also enjoy varying levels of difficulty on the “Rookie Trail”, the “Flowline” as well as the “Jack Lumber Trail”.
The Alpreif Bikecenter provides bikers with any equipment they need and also serves as a perfect guiding point including bike and equipment rental with excellent advice. Events like “Shot in Thrill” Public Shooting presented by Lines Mag will be held again on July 16th including poster service on the spot. You get the chance to be shot by a professional photographer at some specially marked spots on the track of Bikepark Planai. You shouldn’t miss this opportunity for two good reasons: first you will have professional action shots of you, being published on the bikepark’s website and free available for download. Secondly, you will take part in an online voting and have the chance to win great prices!
Moreover, some trails have been reshaped and rerouted after the season 2015: Rookie Trail was rerouted on the first kilometers Downhill Pro got a new start section including another Step-Up Jump and a new section near the lake with a road gap and some tables The Lower Flowline was also rerouted after the road for about 1km

Bikepark Winterberg
Germany’s bikepark with the widest variety of tracks: 10 professionally shaped courses with a total length of 11 km. From downhillers to slopestylers, from beginners to pros, in Winterberg there is something for everyone. In the last season the famous trail designer Joscha Forstreuter has newly built the so called Flow Shore track and extended the established North Shore track.
For the 2016 season the bikepark team is currently planning a whole new Flow Country Trail with a length of 1.6 km offering lots of downhill fun both for rookies and experienced freeriders. Germany’s unique six-person chairlift with a bike transportation system as well as the T-bar lift make queuing a thing of the past.

Bikepark Spicak
In Central Europe, directly on the border of Bavaria, there is the place where you can find Bikepark Špičák. It is well known and popular especially for its freeride trails, which are interconnected and offer countless combinations. This year we are adding a brand-new section full of jumps and drops. Lenzerheide Bikepark
The new bikepark is the heart of the whole bike destination. The five courses do not only differ in their levels of difficulty but also in their characters. The easy FLOWline is the best course for beginners and families. The SHOREline, the STYLEline and the PRIMEline with banked curves, wooden bridges, jumps, boxes and other elements are courses on a mid-grade difficulty. Finally the STRAIGHTline is the World Cup downhill course on the highest grade of difficulty. Together with the Skill Centre with pump track, slopestyle and jump area at the bottom station, Lenzerheide Bikepark is one of the largest bike parks in Switzerland.

Bike World Jasná
Bike World Jasná is a Slovak bike park consisting of 6 trails from easy to difficult ones with a total length of 19 km. Beside this, it offers 4 comfortable cableways designed for bike transportation with an operational capacity of 280 bikers per hour. With its highest track starting at 2004m a.s.l and super elevation of 960m, Bike World Jasná is the highest located bike park in Slovakia. We provide complex services from bike rental with FR & DH bikes, bike school, service, kids’ area to bike shop and sports refreshments. The new attraction for the upcoming season is pump track. Bike Park Kranjska Gora – Living it up in the mountains!
The season in Bike Park Kranjska Gora is alredy in April in full swing! Bike Park is only 25 km away from Villach, 200 km from Graz, 380 km from Vienna, 115 km from Udine and 340 km from Munich. There are countless possible combinations of trails from start to finish in Bike Park Kranjska Gora. On 300 vertical meters, there are almost 20 km of trails. There are 5 basic trails and each of them has specific characteristics that inspire mountain bikers with various riding styles:
Family Business – the easiest trail in Bike Park will delight beginners and families.
Morning Wood (northshore trail ) – this trail is characterized by the classic northshore riding style on mostly wooden constructions.
Funky Jazz (enduro trail) – enduro riding style indicates the very beginnings of mountain biking and has in recent years become increasingly popular because it provides a fun ride to every skilful mountain biker.
Luft Waffe(l) (air-line) – this trail is constructed to guarantee as much time in the air as possible. The main characteristics of this trail are jumps and a relatively high speed, which is required to maintain connection between them.
DH Veetranz – (DH trail) – a classic downhill trail that has hosted many competitions in the past; its difficulty and complexity are worthy of competitions on the highest level.
